Dhuin by Achal Mishra | Cinema House | North Meets South | Screening
Dhuin (Fog) is the tale of Pankaj, a small-town theatre actor with dreams of making it big in Mumbai. But faced with obligations to his family, which is under a deep financial strain post the lockdown, he is forced to weigh his dreams and make a choice.
The screening of the film will be followed by a conversation with the filmmaker.

About the director:
Achal Mishra is a 25-year-old filmmaker and photographer from Darbhanga, Bihar. His debut feature film Gamak Ghar premiered at the 21st Mumbai Film Festival, and was awarded the Manish Acharya Award for New Voices in Indian Cinema. Dhuin is his second film.

About Cinema House:
G5A presents Cinema House: an opportunity to celebrate the experience of collective film viewing. For one weekend a month, our black box theatre transforms into a single-screen theatre dedicated to independent, regional, and contemporary cinema.
Instructions:
- We request you to bring warm clothes as it gets chilly inside the black box as temperatures need to be controlled at optimum levels as per technical requirements.

- Food, beverages and water are strictly prohibited inside the black box. Please do not carry them in your bags either.
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No Late Entries will be allowed. Please plan to arrive at least 15 mins prior to the start time of the program.
- When attending a program at the G5A warehouse, attendees agree to be photographed/videographed/recorded for promotional use by organizers through both print and electronic media channels.
