Pooja Saxena
Pooja loves letters and words — she draws them for a living, reads them for joy, and hopes to tell stories with them. As an award-winning designer, her focus is on typography and typeface design, and the scripts of India, in particular Devanagari, which she learned as a child. In another avatar, she helps tell the story of independent bookshops, and celebrates the power of reading through her work at Champaca Bookstore. In yet another, Pooja tentatively puts pencil to paper, and pixel to screen as a student of drawing. She dreams of being a life-long language learner, and always staying curious.
