Priya Thakur

Priya is an artist based in Bombay. Her photographic practice attempts to explore her melancholia in addition to the tenderness the world offers to her. She loves reading poetry and aspires for her work to have a poetic quality to it. Her creative process is trying to catch good light, documenting friends and family, and making self-portraits. When not reading or photographing, she scribbles in her journal and takes long walks.
