Swati Apte is Director of the Kshirsagar-Apte Foundation for whom support to the arts is a key priority area. She leads The Arts Quotient, a firm that harnesses arts practices to enhance leadership in business. She was part of Junoon’s founding team, focused on embedding the arts in schools and in city spaces. At SMART, she set up and taught the financial management course to artists around the country. Presently, she is senior advisor to the World Monuments Fund, working in heritage conservation. Her passion for the arts comes from a very personal space – she is a trained Odissi dancer and continues to perform and produce.
