Pokhar Ke Dunu Paar (On Either Sides of the Pond) is set amidst the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic, Sumit and Priyanka, an eloped couple, return to the security of their hometown. While Priyanka feels uneasy in the suffocating familiarity of her town, Sumit immerses himself in his tribe of friends.
The screening of the film will be followed by a conversation with the team of the film.

About the Director:
Parth Saurabh’s debut film Pokhar Ke Dunu Paar or On Either Sides of The Pond received a special mention at the 2022 San Sebastian International Film Festival. The film is presented by director Anurag Kashyap and is an Achalchitra & Chaudhary’s Cinematheque Production.

G5A presents Cinema House: an opportunity to celebrate the experience of collective film viewing. For one weekend a month, our black box theatre transforms into a single-screen theatre dedicated to independent, regional, and contemporary cinema.

- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
