JBABE, the solo project of songwriter Josh Fernandez, known as the guitarist and vocalist of Chennai band The F16s, crafts a unique blend of slacker rock, glam funk, and synth-pop ballads. From the glimmering flamboyance of his music to the indulgent, tender-hearted cynicism of his lyrics, JBABE creates a sound entirely his own.

Long Distances, an independent band from India, seamlessly blends shoegaze, dream pop, post-punk, and new wave into their signature indie rock style. Their music resonates with themes of love, loss, lament, and the longing for liberation, evoking an effervescent sonic and emotional landscape that is both classic and contemporary.

Composed of indie stalwarts Aarifah Rebello (vocals), Apurv Agrawal (guitars, production), Zubin Pastakia (guitars, production), Karun Kannampilly (drums), Adil Kurwa (bass), and Gouri Ranjit (synths/harmonies), Long Distances is steadily making a mark in the indie and festival circuits.
