Talvar by Meghna Gulzar | Irrfan (1967 - 2020) : A Retrospective

Talvar by Meghna Gulzar | Irrfan (1967 – 2020) : A Retrospective

Inspired by the 2008 double-murder in New Delhi that sent shivers down the spine, Talvar takes on the difference in perspectives, guilty minds and the system of class that all play a hand in deciding the victim and the criminal.

Helmed by director Meghna Gulzar, Irrfan plays a sharp-mind police chief who enters this maze of a case where nobody can be trusted.

The cast also includes the incredible Konkana Sen Sharma and Neeraj Kabi.

The screening will be followed by a conversation with the cast and crew of the film.

Irrfan (1967-202): A Retrospective

Irrfan : the actor whose face penned a million stories!

January’s Cinema House is a celebration and exploration of the actor’s malleable artistry –charted through three chapters: films of his early years, films that re-defined the idea of love, and films that featured his breakout roles.
