Digital Media & Performance Marketing Analyst
Work Experience: minimum 5 years
We are seeking a Digital Media & Performance Marketing Analyst for G5A & Port. The person will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of our social & digital media content and campaigns, performing regular brand diagnostics, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve our overall marketing/communications strategy.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing social media and digital diagnostics and strategies which align with the organization’s goals, values, and mission.
- Proactively maintain dashboards across all social/digital brand assets and IPs with an inclination towards mining insights for campaign development and execution
- Run paid media campaigns across social & digital media platforms and own up the ROI on the same across identified KPIs & KRAs
- Be the point of contact between various stakeholders for all projects
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media and digital campaigns, including website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for optimization
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve the performance of campaigns, such as identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending changes to target audience, segmentation,, creative, and messaging
- Creating and delivering regular reports to stakeholders to communicate brand health, campaign performance and key trends/insights from historical data
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital analytics, and sharing insights and recommendations with the team

Restaurant Manager
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our restaurant, PORT Kitchen & Bar, located within the G5A warehouse, a vibrant cultural centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for food, culture, and exceptional hospitality. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, and providing a memorable dining experience that reflects both the spirit of the restaurant and the cultural centre.
Main duties also include:
- Operational Leadership: Take charge of the overall restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, training, and supervision. Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety to uphold the restaurant and cultural centre’s reputation.
- Customer Experience: Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring patrons receive top-notch service and an authentic cultural experience. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Menu Development and Quality Control: Collaborate with the culinary team to create culturally-inspired menus that align with the ethos of the restaurant while also keeping the ethos and operations of the cultural centre in mind. Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Financial Management. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities to optimize revenue. Implement cost-control measures without compromising on quality.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels. Participate in events and initiatives within the cultural centre to attract diverse audiences and increase footfall.
- Staff Training and Development: Train, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering processes, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-stocked and efficient operation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and all relevant legal requirements.
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage special events, private bookings, and group reservations, tailoring experiences to meet the needs of various cultural celebrations and gatherings.

Head Bartender
Work Experience: 2 to 3 years
We are looking for a professional Bartender with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience. Should have excellent communication skills to serve classic cocktails and exciting new beverages. Must be able to upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
Main duties also include:
- Lead

- Ensure you contribute effectively towards the team’s functioning by bringing into practice the organizational values.
- Liaise
- Be the point of contact between your manager and the team

- Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.
- Taking beverage orders from customers and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to details.
- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.
- Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
- Organizing the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
- Manage
