In 2019, artists and culture-makers from throughout Mumbai come together to celebrate and explore how culture connects us across identities and genres. In a unique event of performances that activated G5A’s many spaces, in a resuscitated warehouse in the mill district of Central Mumbai, spoken word artists, theatre-makers, food and pop-ups, and local musicians come together to put inclusive art into action, and showcase its power to catalyze change. The creative culmination of the three-day collaborative residency, बेबाक Bebak (Hindi for “Fearless”), will close the evening. Co-produced by G5A Foundation for Contemporary Culture.
