A Workshop Exploring the Art of Performance, Improvisation, and Composition on the Drum Set
A masterclass led by Drummer and Composer, Tarun Balani designed as an intensive drum lab will assist participants to explore improvisational concepts like motivic development, orchestration techniques and to develop vocabulary.
Participants will have the opportunity to perform and receive feedback as a part of the performance techniques and application. A strong focus will be on introducing participants to compositional techniques and tools as well as developing a better understanding of practice and riyaaz.
