Announcing Photo Library week at the G5A warehouse, in collaboration with Editions Jojo and Chennai Photo Biennale!
Papertrail is a series of pop-up photobook libraries, reading rooms & photobook shops across 8 cities in India. As the world remains increasingly connected and aware through photography and its various forms, Editions JOJO along with CPB Learning Lab and many friends from across India have come together to open up their libraries, reading rooms, and photobook collections for you in the form of reading room pop-ups and events to explore and engage with some fantastic work.
JOJO Library’s curated reading room at G5A responds to themes of laughter and the comic. The library selection presents photobooks published in India & the world, as well as books that lend themselves to theory & research within the field of photography.
We urge you to keep those phones and laptops aside for a few hours and spend time with these lovely photobooks! This one week pop-up will be held at our Study, where you will have the opportunity to go through some noteworthy photobooks, and buy them for your personal collection as well.
